• When are session times available?

    The session times are booked between 10am-3:30pm Monday- Friday EST.

  • How often are sessions?

    The program is built around your specific goals and needs. You can plan for between 1-5 sessions weekly if that meets your desires!

  • How long are the sessions?

    This program is built for you. Your sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes long.

  • Do I need equipment?

    Yes and no. Equipment isn't necessary, we do just fine with chairs and pillows. Anything we might need can often be found right within your house.

  • Can I sign up if I have injuries?

    In general yes. The best thing to do would be to book a consult with Jacquie to discuss your injuries. In the case that we feel you need more help we will absolutely tell you and advise against signing up for online training.

  • Can I book a single session?

    Yes! After your assessment, you can book a single, 60 minute session.

  • Is there strength training involved?

    Increased strength is a byproduct of this program.
