How does it work?

The Move With Ease Program is a monthly movement program with fixed session times.

  • During your live assessment we determine the joints that are not functioning properly. Muscle imbalances, mobility, stability and lifestyle habits are all assessed.

  • Together we build a monthly program the includes either 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions once or multiples times weekly. Predetermined weekly schedule times are set.

  • You will receive a complete onboarding guide to help you transition into a new movement style and lifestyle habits.

  • During your program, you will receive video homework on a mobile app to continue your growth between sessions.

The Formula

  • MOBILITY

    Using Functional Range Conditioning techniques we uncover the root of your discomforts which are likely mobility blocks in your joints. Mobility is the amount of usable motion you possess in a joint. The more mobile you are the more you are able to experience pain free movement.

  • STABILITY

    Muscle imbalances often go unnoticed, and therefore un-corrected. Consequently, when you're exercising, your stronger side gets stronger and your weaker side gets weaker and you don't even know it. We use classic Pilates techniques to create muscle balance and strength that translates to your everyday life.

  • EDUCATION

    "those who don't know their history are doomed to repeat it". We put an emphasis on education so you can avoid the mistakes that brought you to us in the first place. We want to empower you with tools and education to help you maintain the new movement capacity you have just unlocked.
